Day-by-Day Plan
Detailed itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Transfer to Kandy
Arrival at Colombo airport, private transfer to Kandy. Check into your mountain resort. Evening visit to Temple of the Tooth and cultural dance performance.
Day 2: Kandy Sightseeing
Morning visit to Peradeniya Botanical Gardens. Afternoon tea plantation tour with traditional lunch. Evening at leisure to explore Kandy's lakeside.
Day 3: Scenic Train to Nuwara Eliya
Morning transfer to Nanu Oya station for scenic train journey to Nuwara Eliya. Afternoon city tour including Victoria Park and colonial architecture. Tea tasting session.
Day 4: Nuwara Eliya Exploration
Full day exploring Nuwara Eliya - visit Pedro Tea Factory, Gregory Lake, and local markets. Optional horse riding or boating on the lake.
Day 5: Transfer to Ella
Scenic drive to Ella through tea plantations. Afternoon hiking to Ella Rock for panoramic views. Visit Nine Arches Bridge and Ravana Falls.
Day 6: Return to Colombo
Morning optional activities in Ella. Private transfer back to Colombo airport for departure flight. End of services.
